About this beach club
Mar Sea Club is the open air dining venue of the five star St Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, set in the resort gardens a few metres from the sea on the southwest coast. It is open to outside visitors, not only hotel guests, for drinks or a light meal by the water. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Pau Oliver and Chef Diego Quispe, both with Michelin starred backgrounds, and the menu runs to ceviche, tuna tataki and other seafood led dishes alongside Mediterranean plates. A complimentary tender service is offered for guests arriving by boat. The venue also takes private and corporate events by day, at sunset and in the evening. It opens Tuesday to Sunday and is closed on Mondays, with lunch from 13:00 to 17:00, dinner from 18:00 to 22:30 and the bar from 13:00 to 23:00.
