Über diesen Beachclub

La Grotta is set in a rock cove on the Paleokastritsa headland and is reached on foot down steps from the coastal road. Rather than a sand beach it offers concrete and rock platforms over deep blue water, with seating terraces cut into the cliff. It is busiest in the afternoon during high season and is known locally as a swimming and diving spot as much as a bar. There is no sunbed row in the usual sense and no sand, so it is not a practical choice for small children. The operator states on its site that enquiries should go by email. This is one of the older established drinking spots on the Paleokastritsa coast.
