Atzaro Beach

Atzaro Beach is the seaside arm of Atzaro, the agriturismo hotel inland at San Lorenzo, and it sits on Cala Nova on the north-east coast, a wide sandy bay that is one of the few beaches on Ibiza that reliably gets surf. That matters: the water here has movement and the swimming feels less like a swimming pool than at the sheltered south-coast calas, and the bay has long been the island's low-key surf and bodyboard spot. The club is built around a natural wood pergola over the tables and a sea-facing terrace, with indoor and outdoor dining areas, and the aesthetic is the same warm, unpolished, plant-heavy style the hotel is known for. The food is a genuine point of difference, because a real share of the vegetables come from Atzaro's own kitchen garden. The menu runs to paella, seafood, sharing plates and tapas, with an unusually strong vegetarian and plant-forward section for an Ibiza beach club. The daybed system is worth understanding before booking: rates are charged per person and include the daybed, towels, showers, a safe box and a food and drink credit that covers most of the cost back, so what looks expensive at first is closer to a prepaid lunch. Double daybeds take two guests, and you can eat at the bed or move to a restaurant table.
