Samsara Beach

Samsara Beach opened at Baia Verde in Gallipoli in 2006 and is one of the names most closely associated with the summer scene on this part of the Ionian coast. The site works as a normal equipped beach during the day, with rented sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrellas on fine sand, and then shifts into a music venue with DJ sets and beach parties. It is aimed mainly at a young crowd rather than at families looking for a quiet day. There is a bar on site and the operator sells its own merchandise through an online shop. Baia Verde is a long sandy beach a few kilometres south of the historic centre of Gallipoli and is reachable by car or by the local coastal bus.
